Entrepreneurial Viability Confirmation / Expert Representation

We gladly assist you in verifying your application documents for the foundation grant per § 93 ff SGB III (Jobseekers Allowance-1). We verify the completeness and plausibility in regard to the reqwuirements of the Agentur für Arbeit (Employment Agency). Particularly if the planned venture will sustain and secure your livelihood. Evauating personal and professional aptitude of the founder as well as the admission requirements. Here we don’t validate the research or the integrity of the made assumptions.
To attest our representation we need the following documents by you:

  • Completed business plan (including complete financial blueprint)
  • Complete list of all living expenses (Expenditure survey)
  • Copies of all relevant Certificates, credentials and diplomas

After our evaluation we will provide you with a written expert statement that you can forward to your case manager at the employment office. Our services will be reimbursed with a net amount of € 130 plus VAT of € 24,30 (19%) totaling € 159,30.

Ideas need stimulus, therefore various public authorities put programs in place that offer funding to engage professional expert advice in business planning. Depending on your state, sector and business setting multiple programs exist.

We are an accredited advisory with the German das Bundesamt für Ausfuhr und Wirtschaftskontrolle (BAFA, Federal Ministry of Economy) for this program. According to your state, date of formation and founder a minimum grant of 50% to 80% of the consulting fees can be obtained (Max. amount € 3.200).
